Zera Livatalah
Literally Wasting Seed; which in normal terms translates to masturbation. This is the term most commonly used in yeshiva boys high school settings where wasting seed is a daily practice and the Rabbis feel that it can somehow be stopped through excessive mussar shmuzem (ethical talks) and constant learning of the Mesilas Yeshurim.
It cannot be stopped, until marriage or tantra ways of holding in your seed are practiced.
